These terms govern showing OGLS network ads on your site and earning a revenue share.
You earn 70% of the click revenue your site generates. Payouts are made via Stripe Connect once you complete identity verification (KYC) and your balance exceeds the minimum threshold (default $25). You are responsible for any taxes; a 1099 may be issued where required.
You may place the OGLS snippet and ad slots on sites you own or control. You get free analytics for your site regardless of whether you show ads.
No incentivized, automated, bot, or self-clicking; no placing ads on pages with prohibited content (see the Ad Content Policy); no obscuring the "Sponsored" label or misrepresenting ads as your own content.
You are responsible for your site's own privacy policy and any consent your jurisdiction requires for analytics/advertising cookies. The snippet honors a visitor's OGLS opt-out where set.
We may withhold payouts or suspend accounts for invalid traffic or policy violations. Accrued, valid earnings remain payable.
